About Campaign

The Volunteer Training Project in the Republic of Indonesia focuses on training participants in providing medical care for individuals injured in road accidents and comprehensive medical emergencies. Participants learn techniques of first aid, injury assessment, shock and bleeding management, and patient transportation. These courses are delivered by professional and certified trainers and include both theoretical lessons and practical applications in a realistic training environment. Upon successful completion of the courses, participants receive internationally recognized certificates and licenses, ensuring their qualification to provide effective care and response in emergency situations.

The offered courses are:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support): This course focuses on teaching participants the basic procedures of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid in emergency situations. Participants learn techniques such as chest compressions, providing ventilation, and using artificial respiration devices to save the lives of injured individuals.

  • PFA (Psychological First Aid to Support Health Care): This course aims to train participants in providing psychological and social support to individuals who are psychologically affected in emergency situations. Participants learn how to deal with psychological stress, trauma, mental pressure, and provide emotional support and assistance in improving mental health for patients and affected communities.

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support): This course targets healthcare professionals specialized in critical medical care. Participants are trained in providing advanced resuscitation for patients experiencing critical life-threatening conditions such as cardiac crises, respiratory arrest, and cardiac rhythm disorders.

    • Building the capacity of workers in the field of emergency response and disaster management.
    • Preparing and training trainers in the field of first aid.
    • Licensing all paramedics and trainers with international licenses that enable them to practice the profession.
    • Enhancing the capabilities of volunteers in the healthcare field and providing them with knowledge about the culture of volunteering and improving healthcare practices in the humanitarian field.
